Danny's has over 50 full and part-time employees on staff, all committed to quality and service.
Robert DeGrace & Adam DeGrace
Robert DeGrace has worked at the Inn throughout most of his life. Besides his commitment to the business, he has been involved with numerous industry and community related boards, including sitting as Chairman for the Canadian Restaurant and Food Service Association. He is the past Mayor for the city of Bathurst, and was the recipient of the Chaleur Region’s Entrepreneur of the Year award.

Adam DeGrace, who joined the family business in 2004, marks the third generation of management at Danny’s Inn and Restaurant. After completing his diploma in Hotel/Restaurant Management he gained experience at various Inns and Resorts throughout Europe and North America.

He is a former member of the Board of Directors of TIANB (Tourism Industry Association of New Brunswick) as well as the President of Tourism Chaleur.

Erika DeGrace

Erika DeGrace grew up in the family business working throughout the years in various capacities.   She is a graduate of Bathurst High School and earned her Bachelor Degree from Dalhousie University.    Ms. DeGrace was previously employed with Xstrata Zinc as a Purchasing Agent where she earned her Six Sigma Certificate in business management strategies.  She taught in Japan for 1.5 years and was the Co-event Coordinator for the 2003 Canada Winter Games Erika was also a Rotary Exchange student to Australia in 1995 and is now a member of the Bathurst Rotary Club.
